How long is my advert live?
Campaigns run for 6 weeks
How will I access my CVs (people who apply)?
We email them to you.
Do I own the CVs/applications)?
The applicants you generate from your adverts are yours to engage with whenever you like.
How many candidates can I recruit?
You can recruit as many candidates as you like at no extra cost. If you happen to recruit 5 people from one campaign – great!
Can I edit my advert?
Yes, you can, simply by emailing or calling your Account Manager. They will even consult and advise on any suggested revisions.
How much does it cost?
You can place an advert for as little as £299.00 plus VAT
How many applicants can I expect?
This varies significantly depending on the job role. However, if someone is actively looking for your advert they will find it easily.
If I don’t recruit, do I get a refund?
No, sorry. This is a job advertising service, and we cannot guarantee a placement.
How long does it take for my advert to go live?
From payment being received it will be advertised instantly

Flat Fee Recruitment

A Peridot Recruit Limited resourcer will manually search across CV databases and social media for matched candidates. These candidates will be contacted by email and will be invited to apply for the role.
If I don’t recruit, do I get my money back?
We do not refund if you do not recruit.
