We chatted with Dr Astrid Bendomir, Medical Director, to find out how Peridot Recruit Limited services support them in their hiring aims.
“We needed to recruit an administrator and Occupational Physician urgently with no luck. I was then introduced to Peridot Recruit Limited and decided to try them out”.
After an initial chat the role was advertised. I initially opted for the advert only option. When the applications became too much, I then switched to the managed response option.
Both roles were filled, and they have since started. I would highly recommend the service.
